This is a hands-on learning experience with workshops that will get you analyzing companies from the very start, and will be taught by actual angel investors!

Whether you are interested in a venture capital career, are an entrepreneur seeking to understand how to fundraise successfully, or simply want to know how to become a successful angel investor, this bootcamp course is for you!

By course completion, you will be able to analyze a startup company in any field and approach it as an investor would, including:

  • reading financial statements
  • analyzing the competition
  • evaluating barriers to entry
  • assessing basic patent & intellectual property profiles
  • negotiating term sheets
  • calculating the valuation of any company

  • Top candidates will be offered a limited number of internships, some with potential conversion to full time jobs, at some of the country’s leading angel investment, venture capital or private equity groups and gain access to a global network of investors and company builders.
  • Supplemental training will be provided at exclusive angel investor forums where course enrollees will have the unique opportunity to observe how investing is ‘really done’.
